PETS:
We welcome non-aggressive dog breeds in our pet-friendly suites.
A non-refundable fee of $50 is applicable for up to 2 dogs per suites.
An additional fee of $5 per day, per suites will be charged.
Guests must register their dogs during check-in.
Failure to register a dog will result in a $50 fine or eviction.

Welcome Suites Springdale: Available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Welcome Suites Hazelwood: Available 24/7
Welcome Suites Minot: Available 24/7
Extended Stay Pensacola: Available 24/7
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is at 3:00 PM (local time), and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
A valid government photo ID is required for check-in.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival (by 3:00 PM).
Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in a charge equivalent to the first night plus
taxes.
Late check-out fee: $45.
Renewal must be completed by 11:00 AM, with a $10 fee for payments made after that time.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are collected in advance.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
SMOKING:
Smoking is permitted only outside the building and in designated smoking suites.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking suites.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS:
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the parking lot.
Guests are advised to keep suites doors locked.
Guests and visitors must adhere to all local and federal laws.
Non-compliance with laws or hotel policies will lead to immediate eviction, with forfeiture of any
unused stay.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Deep cleaning is conducted between every guest.
Regular bi-weekly cleaning is provided for long-term guests.
Weekly housekeeping is available only at Welcome Suites O’Fallon.
Scheduled cleaning times will be communicated during check-in.
